Pattern paid for but not available

On October 19, 2015, I paid for a pattern via standard bank transfer. I still can't access the pattern! Crazypaterns isn't responding!!!! What should I do now?

You topped up your prepaid account by bank transfer yesterday, correct? Then please wait a few more days until the money has arrived in Crazypatterns' account. As soon as the money from the bank transfer has been added to your prepaid account, you can buy or download patterns. Unfortunately, that’s not possible before then.

Or do you mean paying for a pattern directly by bank transfer without a prepaid account?

How did you contact Crazypatterns? Through the contact form or in some other way?
