The result was a beautiful pair of Converse booties for my grandchild! I received so many compliments on these booties, and someone even asked me if I could make them in an adult size! These are so darling! I love the range in sizes. The pattern was easy to follow and the videos helpful. I have never cast on like that before. I found the yarn by Sirdar - Snuggly (double knitting) worked well and It is easier to find. They have been great gifts to give and are a big hit.
