Becky the bumblebee just loves it when spring comes, she works hard visiting beautiful flowers all day and filling her little pollen sacs - then home to the hive in time for tea. She loves her job! She is 9 inches tall (when made with the recommended materials).

• Yarn: I have made Becky using Scheepjes Stone Washed XL (Aran/worsted weight yarn) - colour and weight details in pattern
• Hook: 4mm (G) crochet hook (a 4.5mm or 5mm hook is also needed for the wings)
• Stuffing: I use polyester filling
• Safety eyes: I have used 18mm plastic safety eyes, but you can embroider the eyes on if you prefer
