This is a pattern in US crochet terms. I added a crochet conversion chart for the UK terms.

With this pattern you crochet everything together as you go, symmetrically.

First you crochet the legs and the ears, then you crochet everything together as you go!

When you're finished crocheting, you only need to sew on the tail and the face. So, you hardly have to sew, everything is crocheted together in the right place.
