Gosha, the camel - crochet pattern

This is the camel crochet pattern, which will help you to make your own amigurumi toy. Will be great for nativity scene or for Christmas gift!

Difficulty level: intermediate. You must know how to crochet basic stitches:

chain
single crochet
slip stitch
double crochet
half double crochet
magic ring
turning chain
decrease
increase
crocheting in a spiral
crocheting in turning rows.

The finished camel measures - 18 cm (7 inches) wide and 8 cm (3.1 inches) tall (from the belly till the hamps) in case of using the materials listed.
If You are going to use different yarn and crochet hook size, then the toy size would also differ from mine.

MATERIALS:

-Yarn for the camel:
Yarn of main color - Alize Angora Real 40 (100g/480m), color №553 (we will need a half of a skein approximately);
-Small amount of white and black yarn for making the eyes (I used Gazzal baby cotton);
-Small amount of yarn for making an umbrella and a beach towel (I used Coco Daisy (50g/295m) of yellow color and Alpina Xenia of light blue color (50g/240m).
-Also we will need small amount of brown threads for the umbrella shaft;
-Black sewing threads for nose,  eyebrows embroidery and legs shaping;
-Strong thread for legs attaching;
-Toy stuffing (I use sintepon);
-Copper wire for the umbrella shaft (I used 3mm in diameter, but You will probably need to use the wire with wider diameter. It depends on the size of your finished umbrella);
-Glass beads or stones to add weight to our toy (pebbles also can be used). These stones must be heavy!

  TOOLS:

-2mm crochet hook (US B) (I used Clover), or any other which is appropriate to the yarn You have chosen;
-Scissors;
-Needle for sewing the pieces;
-Stitch marker (or a pin);
-Safety pins;
-Wooden stick;
«Moment» glue or superglue.
