Pattern Aina Blanket

This pattern is one of my favourites as I designed it for my sister’s baby girl,my niece, as a unique gift.
I wanted to make something quick, yet beautifully textured but not too holey.
She loves pastel and soft shades so the yarn cake I had in my stash was perfect for it.

I hope you will love this pattern as much as I loved creating it!

As this is a simple, 2 row pattern repeat, you can stop at any time and make it as big or small as you like!

THIS IS A WRITTEN PATTERN ONLY WITH NO CHART

To make this pattern, you need to know:

• magic ring
• chain
• single crochet
• double crochet
• puff stitch

Finished Size: 100 cm x 100 cm / 39” x 39”

Materials needed:
• 3.75 mm (F) size hook (I used Furls Alpha Series-Blackwood)
• 2 Scheepjes Whirls or approximately 2188 yards/2000 meters of fingering weight yarn (I used Scheepjes Whirl in Popin Candy)
• Yarn needle for weaving in ends
• Scissors
• Stitch markers (optional)
• NOTE: Blocking is essential to enhance the textured patternwork of your blanket
