I created this beautiful bag for my friend’s birthday and named it after her. Also, I made the bag in her favourite colors which added a nice personal touch to the gift.
I absolutely love designing bags as they’re not just useful but cute, practical on the go, environmental friendly and work up super quick!

Difficulty: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate
To make this pattern, you need to know:
Size:
The body of the bag: 12.5”/32 cm wide and 14”/35 cm tall
Handles: 18”/46 cm long and 1,5”/4 cm wide
Materials needed:
• 5 mm (H) Hook
• Color 1: 344 yards / 314.5 meters (185 grams)
and
Color 2: 74.5 yards / 68 meters (40 grams) of worsted/aran weight 100% cotton yarn {I used Drops Love You 8 in Dark Heather (Color 1) and Heather (Color 2)}
or alternatively you can use any other aran/worsted 100% cotton yarn
• Yarn needle for weaving in ends
• Scissors
• Stitch markers
