As Mother’s Day is approaching fast, I wanted to come up with a cute little gift idea for you.
This beautiful face scrubbie pattern is working up quickly and reminds me of Spring, flowers, sunshine and the colors which I have missed a lot during winter.
These little beauties are made of 100 % cotton DK yarn and can be used and washed over and over again and they are a great alternative to regular cotton wool pads as they are eco-friendly! Amazing, isn’t it?

To make this pattern, you need to know:
Size: 3.5” diameter on the widest point
Materials needed:
• 3.5 mm (E) size Hook
• approx. 14 yards/12.8 meters (5 grams) of 100% Cotton DK yarn to make 1 scrubbie (I used Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK different colours)
• Yarn needle for weaving in ends
• Scissors
