Pattern Círiel Baby Cardigan

I designed this cardigan for my daugther who was almost 6 months old when finished the pattern. :).

The pattern is suitable for advanced beginners and it’s using puff stitches and shells to create a nice, textured and delicate look.

To make this pattern, you need to know:

• chain
• single crochet
• double crochet
• puff stitch

The cardigan is available in 3 sizes:

• 0-3 months: to fit approx 16 inch chest
  Finished length from shoulder approx. 10 inches
  Sleeve length measured from under arm to end: 5 inches
• 3-6 months: to fit approx 18 inch chest
  Finished length from shoulder approx. 11 inches
  Sleeve length measured from under arm to end: 5.5 inches
• 6-12 months: to fit approx 20 inch chest
  Finished length from shoulder approx. 12 inches
  Sleeve length measured from under arm to end: 6 inches

• 4 mm Hook for 0-3 months and 6-12 months sizes
• 4.5 mm Hook for 3-6 months size
• approx. 140 grams (406 metres/444 yards) of King Cole Baby Glitz DK for 0-3 months size (I used the Lilac colourway)
• approx. 155 grams (450 metres/491 yards) for 3-6 months size
• approx. 170 grams (493 metres/539 yards) for 6-12 months size
• Yarn needle for weaving in ends
• Scissors
• 3 small buttons
