This design is a variation of the ever popular cloche - a close fitting little hat with a down turned brim. Embellished with primroses and a bow, this wear-everywhere hat is sized for an average adult woman's head and is beautifully shaped for style, comfort and fit.

Size: Adult woman - one size fits most.

Materials: Yarn: The pink hat shown in the photo array is crocheted in an acrylic/nylon yarn that is no longer available. The blue hat is crocheted in "Simply Soft Tweeds" (a worsted weight or size 4 yarn from Caron). The design will work beautifully with approximately 200 yards of almost any worsted weight yarn. If contrasting primroses are desired, approximately 30 yards of yarn would be required.
Tools: U.S. size I crochet hook or any size that will produce a gauge of 4 sts and 3 rnds to one inch in half dobule crochet (hdc).
