Pattern is for a beautiful christening gown and bonnnet.

Crocheted using 4 ply cotton. The bodice of the gown is worked in rows of trebles with a back opening. The skirt is a three row lace shell pattern repeat. Irish Rose motifs are joined together as they are worked to form a band which is then attached to the skirt. A shell and picot design is worked around the sleeve and border to complete the gown.

The bonnet is designed to match the gown with Irish Rose motifs and treble stitches this completes the set.
