My Rooster Gordey - very proud and important person. Such a nice blue colors - in the Russian folk tradition.
And another one - in the red colors. So you can make such a rooster by yourself using colors as you like

This crochet pattern (35 sheets) contains a step by step description of the work with 120 detailed pictures. Also this pattern contains the basic techniques of crocheting (schemes) for beginner.

Level: intermediate. The toy has wireframe.

Materials (are needed):
1) Acrylic: yarn weight Fingering / 4 ply (14 wpi) (400 meters/100 gr), e.g. “Detskaya novinka” by Pehorka – white, light blue, turquoise, blue, dark-blue (or any other colors as you like)
2) Cotton: yarn weight Lace / 2 ply (150 meters/25 gr) – gray (for a beak)
3) Hook 2,0 mm (main) = US Steel Crochet Hook 4; 1.0 mm (for a beak) = US Steel Crochet Hook 12
4) Thin wire (0,8-0,9 mm)
5) Padding polyester, Glue (Glue-gun)
6) Acrylic paints or embroidery floss – blue, white
7) 2 beads for eyes

The height is 18 cm

Ch – chain (“o” – on the scheme)
Sl St – sleep stitch (“.” – on the scheme)
Sc – single crochet (“|” – on the scheme)

Dc – double crochet
(24) - the number of stitches in a crocheted round (row)
"Dec" – decrease – crochet two stitches of the previous round (row) together
"Inc" – increase – crochet two stitches into one stitch of the previous round (row)
(1 Sc, 1 Inc) rep 6 times – repeat rapport 6 times
