Rectangle Stole knitting pattern "Land of Plums"

Once upon a time, long ago, plums tasted of plums. Those were the days when my mother would make plum dumplings. They were delicious! My record was 17 at once. I didn't feel too well afterwards, but it was worth it. Just a little story.

"Land of Plums" is a rectangle stole worked in fingering weight yarn. You can of course use other yarns as well, but may wish to adjust your number of stitches. It is an easy pattern and very relaxing to knit.

Difficulty level: easy (knit and purl)

Yarn: Rowan Fine Art (45% wool, 25% nylon, 20% mohair, 10% silk; 400m/100g; 437yds/3.53oz), 2 skeins. Sample in a length of 150cm (60in) used 636m (695yds).

Needles: 3.5mm/US 4

Notions: yarn needle

Gauge: 30 stitches/40 rows in double moss stitch = 10cm/4in.

Size: 29cm (11 1/2in) wide, can be worked to any length.
