This instruction is for an easy hat with a spiral pattern.
The hat can be worn by men as well as by women.
You will need approx. 1 day (2 evenings) to knit this hat.
The pattern is worked in continuous rounds, so no need to count rounds/rows.
You can either knit or knock the hat.
It is nice and comfortable to wear because of its elastic edge around the head.

You will need to know:

• how to cast on stitches
• plain stitches
• purl stitches
• increase stitches
• decrease stitches
• how to make a pompom (optional)
