Baby Blanket Meta crochet pattern

This a very easy pattern for a simple yet cute baby blanket. The pattern is very light and stretchy and pure relaxation to work on :)

The pattern is named after a girl who this blanket was made for. Lithuanian name MĖTA means MINT.

Measurements of the blanket: 44 x 40 in (110 x 100 cm)
Level: beginner / advanced beginner
Crochet hook: 4 mm or US size G
Yarn weight: DK

Gauge: 13 hdc in 3 in, however feel free to use your own gauge if you’d like the blanket to be tighter or loser (softer). The gauge in blanket for this pattern is not essential. The pattern is very stretchy.

Yarn quantity: ~600 grams
Yarnage: ~ 1400 yd
