Baby Waves Ripple Blanket Crochet Pattern (English)

The Baby Waves Ripple Blanket is a large baby blanket using ripples throughout the body for a lovely defined texture and waves of different reef-inspired colours running through it. The border is made up of 3 rounds using basic crochet stitches, giving it a simple, crisp edging. I’ve used Yarnsmiths Pebble Haze Aran for the beautiful range of colours and tones and the soft cloud-like texture.

The 22 page pattern is intermediate skill level and is available in US terminology. It is clear to follow with detailed instructions and lots of pictures to help you make your blanket.
Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate: the body of the blanket uses a chain to start, rows and basic stitches, the border uses basic stitches and is straightforward; there are colour changes throughout the blanket.

The finished blanket is 35” x 37” - You can change the size of your blanket quite easily by adding or removing ripples to alter the width and adding or removing rows to alter the height.
