Simple Crochet Shrug Pattern

PATTERN NOTES
This pattern is a measurement based pattern and the instructions provided are to help in overall construction of the top.
The pattern is in size XS (S, M, L, XL)
Hint: You can use any variegated yarn of choice to come up with the variegation of choice.
For this project, I combined navy blue, baby blue, sky blue and ocean blue yarns to come up with the variegation.
For different rows, I combined different strands of yarn to come up with the hues.
Other colour suggestions are variegated pink, maroon and blue.
The pattern is purely made by double crochet stitches along the rows
