Large Crochet Flower

Hi everyone, :-) 

Although I’ve been a big fan of this site for a long time, I’ve only just discovered this forum. 

So here’s my question:

For a 40x40 cm crocheted pillow, I’m looking for a pattern for a large flower, about 10–12 cm in diameter—but all I can find are patterns for small flowers. 
Does anyone happen to have a tip for me?
That would be so kind!

Welcome to the forum.
If you search here under crocheting flowers, you'll find several larger flowers. You could also use the yarn doubled or just use thicker yarn; that will make the flower larger too.

For example, I've already tried this flower; it's not that small, and it's from here too.
