Sewing a makeup bag

Hello, fellow seamstresses! I’ve been thinking about sewing my own makeup bag. Have any of you seen any particularly pretty makeup bags here that you’ve sewn yourselves?

For me personally, it’s important that a makeup bag is waterproof.
If something leaks inside, I don’t want it to leave stains on the outside.
So it’s not just about sewing the bag itself, but also about using a waterproof lining.
I’m the kind of person who might sew on a button every now and then, but that’s about it.
So I don’t really think I’m up to this, but I admire everyone who can do it. :)

Personally, I think the bags are nice and the price is right. Plus, they come in 6 different sizes. I don't have the pattern yet, though. I don’t think I’m allowed to post the link here, but I just checked: I’ve already sold this pattern 219 times on another platform, and so far only two sewists have had initial difficulties because they had virtually no sewing experience.
