Hat

I'm looking for someone who can knit a hat. It's a bit out of the ordinary. It's a hat for my boss. She wants it in gray for her birthday. Unfortunately, I can only crochet—and only with a pattern. This hat is knitted. But I don't want to let her down. Can anyone help?
