Mickey Mouse Crochet Pattern

I don't understand the pattern for the nose.
Round 14: Work the inside: 5 double sc – crochet 2 rounds together (crochet sc
through round 10 + sc from round 13), 16 sc, 5 double sc – crochet 2 rounds together,
(work sc through Round 10 + sc from Round 13) (26)
Can anyone help me????

... I’ve been crocheting for over 50 years now, and if I had the pattern, I might be able to figure it out based on my experience.
But for customers who don’t have that experience yet, it’s really hard to understand translations like this. The pattern was definitely not written by a native German speaker.

Round 14: you have to crochet through 2 rounds –
1 round is from round 13 and the other is from round 10. So
insert the hook through a stitch from round 13 and also
a stitch from round 10 – crochet 5 sc through the inside,
then the 16 stitches only in round 14, then again
5 stitches through the inside of rounds 10+13 (26)

Phew.... Seriously though... if the pattern is written like this, I think it’s outrageous to sell it.
Sorry, you don’t have to be a native speaker, but you should at least have a good command of German to write German patterns.
