Looking for a pattern for a poodle patch

Hi, I'm desperately looking for patterns on how to make a poodle appliqué to sew on. I've found all sorts of things, but nothing with a poodle.
Can anyone help me?

There used to be a company called Wild and Kiefer. They had T-shirts with crocheted appliqués, and one of them was a poodle. It looks very easy to crochet.
