You print out the PDF, put the pages together, and then transfer the sewing pattern onto the fabric using a tracing wheel or tailor’s chalk. Since I’m not an experienced sewist, I hope the pros will give you some more tips.

I can’t sew either, but I’d expect it to be explained in the pattern.
If you have a specific pattern, I’d just write to the seller or designer and ask
