Owl Trend—we’re far from having enough owls yet

Dear users, dear contributors,
There’s plenty of space in this thread to put the rumor “Is the owl trend finally fading?” to rest.
Go ahead—there’s plenty of room here for lovely owl patterns.

@Contributors:
Please post no more than two promotional links or links to patterns per person here on Crazypatterns in this thread; including an image and detailed text is a plus.
What should definitely be included in the text: Which crafting technique is needed to follow your pattern(s), whether the pattern is aimed at beginners, intermediate crafters, or professionals, what materials are needed (if this isn’t already listed in the pattern’s product description), and, of course, why people should definitely make your owl.

I hope you all have a lot of fun making these owls.

Owls are simply fascinating—just look at the many owl species that really exist. I think owls have something calming about them and an incredible amount of grace. My favorite owl in nature is the snowy owl.

My daughter also thinks owls are great, so she was the first to be delighted with this beautiful owl as a sleep aid. Gwendoline turned out to be 35 cm tall, so she can be used for cuddling and also as a pillow.

Currently with a 30% discount, you can buy the pattern for Gwendoline here:

And I often work very late in the evening or at night ... because during the day I have my lively bunch who want to romp and play with me.
And often I feel like a night owl, and that's how this little owl as a keychain came about

Just take a look—both patterns are suitable for beginners and are really fun.

Here is another cute crochet pattern for an owl.

https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/6557/eule-applikation-aufnaeher-pdf-e-book

This sweet appliqué is suitable for both beginners and crochet pros. Every step is described in detail. I used 100% cotton yarn and felt for the eyes. A size 2 crochet hook is needed. Knowledge of basic stitch types such as single crochet, chain stitches, turning chains, and slip stitches should be present. This cute patch is especially well suited for children’s and baby clothing. My granddaughter is already the proud owner of this sweet owl, and she wears it on her cute new little summer dress. Color experiments are also definitely possible here and very welcome, too.

My owl baby booties make a great gift for expectant or new moms. They’re relatively quick to knit using leftover yarn and are a huge hit with owl fans. They’re knitted using just two needles, though you should have some experience with cable knitting. Here’s the link to the pattern. Right now, they’re even 15% off! https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/5338/babyschuhe-eulen-strickanleitung

My owl hat is actually more suited for fall days, but after I spent several hours counting stitches, trying things out, unraveling my work, and starting over, my daughter really wanted me to upload the pattern in spring already. Even less experienced knitters should be able to make this hat without any trouble, since each round is described in detail. I used Myboshi No. 1—this yarn is widely available.

The little owl has a surprise egg in its belly, where you can put a message, a voucher, and much more. A lovely small gift or party favor for a children's birthday party.

Bag charms are all the rage, and so are owls. That’s why you absolutely must have an owl bag charm. All you need is cotton yarn, a crochet hook, a darning needle, and googly eyes. You should also have basic crochet skills (chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, half double crochet)

Thanks for the lovely free pattern, @MyBabyDesigns
I downloaded it, and since I already have all the necessary supplies here for this pattern, including a rattle element, even though I don’t really need it because I just want it for decoration, not as a rattle.
Color-wise, mine won’t quite match yours, but I still have plenty of leftover yarn, so it’ll be nice and colorful.
I’m thinking about making not just one owl, but a whole row of them. It looks really nice, the way they’re lined up so beautifully next to each other in your photo up there. It’ll definitely make a great decoration that you’ll love looking at again and again. Maybe I’ll do it so that whenever I have enough leftover yarn, I’ll make another little owl. :)

How about an owl lantern?
This year, too, there will be St. Martin’s Day parades in many cities on November 11, and every child would love to have this lantern light their way: It’s not only very pretty but also quite small and compact, making it easy for even young children to carry.

You can find the detailed description, patterns, and downloadable templates here:

This cute little crocheted owl always comes in handy ♥

Made with Catania cotton and a size 2.5 hook, it measures about 7 cm and can be used as a bag charm, keychain, decoration, etc. It's also great as a gift tag or a nice little party favor
simply perfect.

The detailed pattern is also suitable for beginners :-)

Where did you get that cute decorative bench? It’s in almost all of your pattern photos, and I’d like a decorative bench too so I can sit my amigurumi on it. Or those shelf and edge sitters.
