Sale of finished one-of-a-kind items—made according to the patterns on Crazypatterns

Dear interested readers and dear buyers,
every now and then our authors have a finished one-of-a-kind item for sale in addition to a pattern.
If you’re interested because you perhaps don’t have much time for crafting right now, but would really like to have this particular pattern made for you, please write that here or check the product page to see whether a one-of-a-kind item is available for it. Please also share the link to this thread with anyone who might be interested, thank you.

If you’d like to have a pattern from the shop made for you, please check the seller’s shop page to see whether he/she is available for commissions.
You can also start a thread in the commission forum and ask whether someone can make it for you.

If someone makes and sells the finished item who did not write the pattern themselves, you must first check the product page of the respective pattern to see whether selling the finished items is even allowed, or you must contact the seller in question. This thread is actually only for one-of-a-kind items that are already finished, perhaps because they were used to create the photos for a pattern.
If you are available for commissions and make finished handmade items to order, please post that here in the commissions board.

A “Flower Child” hat and matching booties set.

This set was made from this pattern:

Both are crocheted from 100% cotton. The hat fits a head circumference of approx. 42 cm, and the shoes have a sole length of 9 cm. However, both are stretchy and will fit for the first few months:

I have a few one-of-a-kind pieces that I really only wore for the photos. Unfortunately, they’re now just lying unused in the corner, which is a real shame.

These are the one-of-a-kind pieces for the following patterns:

- Seray
- Nenya
- Galadriel

For Nenya and Seray, there is also one additional one-of-a-kind piece each in different colors and a different yarn; I could show photos of them if anyone is interested.

I haven’t thought about the price yet; we can discuss that if there’s interest. ;-)

Colors can be customized!

Hi, I still have 16 scarves, 15 triangular shawls, 20 hats, 6 wrist warmers or gloves, and 20 pairs of socks lying around for sale. Am I seriously supposed to list them all here one by one?

Hi. That’s a really great idea. To write a good pattern, you have to make the item yourself. Then it just sits there unused. But maybe someone who can’t do handicrafts would like it.

The sale of finished knitted items is still relatively hidden on the forum. Couldn't you create a separate section on Crazypatterns where people can offer their finished knitted items for sale? Of course, shipping would have to be handled differently, since we can't send all our merchandise to you for you to forward it on. But you could take your commission for each sale and let us handle the shipping of the items.
