Why?
Then the next question would be: “What else do you want to make?”
If I had to answer that too, I’d get depressed.
I’ll never get around to doing everything I’d like to do in this lifetime. There are far too many wonderful things.
And if I were to really take stock right now, I’d truly realize just how much more I still want to do. Nope, I’m not doing that.

- Crochet hooks / From size 1 - 6, two of each / up to size 12, one of each
- Tunisian crochet hooks / 3 fixed ones / 12 with cables and 2 double-ended ones
- Knitting needles / 10 circular knitting needles in various sizes / 2 sets of double-pointed needles
- Sewing needles / tons of them, the right one is always not at hand :-)
- Sewing machines / one
- Scissors / 3 craft scissors / 1 fabric scissors / 1 extra for yarn / 5 others
- Craft supplies including types of paper / various glues / crepe, construction, and tissue paper /
- Embroidery machines / None
- Embroidery needles / about 20 of them, plus 2 embroidery hoops and various types of embroidery thread

And there are still looooots.......... of other things on top of that, like ribbon, fabric scraps, beads, safety eyes, stuffing, wire, decorative materials in all kinds of varieties, buttons, hot glue gun, etc.

I'm planning to buy more fixed Tunisian crochet hooks; so far I only have the fixed ones in sizes 3 and 4.
I also urgently need a gauge template to determine the sizes of my knitting needles.
Next, I'd like to get a program for creating crochet charts on the computer.

I'm sure I've forgotten a lot, but that's plenty when I look at it like this.

@Mupfelbea,
this is voluntary.

I'll start with my inventory
- 28 crochet hooks in various sizes
-15 sets of double-pointed needles in various sizes and lengths
-34 circular knitting needles in various sizes and lengths
- 5 x single-pointed needles
- 3 sets of cable needles
- 5 sewing machines, one of which can also embroider beautifully
- 2 knitting machines
- 8 pairs of scissors for different uses
- stitch marker, row counters, pins, measuring tapes  and so on and so on
I’m not counting the sewing needles now, and if I ever really tidy up, quite a bit more will probably turn up in the collected UFO bags
Oh, and half a library of craft books, magazines, templates, and sewing patterns are also there.

My hobby room is 30 square meters, but some things are also spread out elsewhere in the house, near the individual little machines.

OMG—looking at what you all have, I’d probably end up with a pretty impressive number too. But to be honest, I don’t feel like counting everything. I’d rather spend that time writing patterns or knitting and crocheting.

Josefa, I can’t count them—they’re all scattered everywhere! Impossible!

Well, then you won’t know how many of each kind you have. ;-)

Enough :-) For me, it works roughly like this: when needles become available, they’re used for the next project. So what gets knitted depends on which needles are free :-)
