Dear sellers,

please be so kind as to enter your absence dates here.

As you know, users/buyers can ask questions via the comment section. It would be a shame if users/buyers were left wondering why they haven’t received a response. This is especially important if you’ve indicated in your profile that you accept commissions.

We at Crazypatterns wish you a restful vacation and look forward to many more patterns.

I just read this post.
I’m not on vacation right now—probably not until the end of March (around Easter) at the earliest. I’ll be sure to announce this in advance.
Is there a way to change something in the shop to add an “away notice” here, or is that not intended?
I’m familiar with the “away notice” feature on Dawanda. There, every seller can enter it themselves. As soon as someone visits the shop, it’s displayed accordingly.
It’s definitely helpful for customers to see that you’re currently unable to respond to inquiries.

thank you for your suggestion.
At the moment, this isn’t technically possible, but we’ll look for a way to make it possible. However, that will probably still take quite a while, since the transition to MOSS/CP for sellers, etc. is currently taking up a lot of time.
At the moment, this thread is the only place for posting a vacation notice.

I’m announcing my vacation in advance:

I’ll be in New Zealand from February 2 to March 11 (no typo!).
I’ll still try to go online as often as possible. Most hostels and motels have free Wi-Fi. It’s just possible that I won’t be able to answer a question as quickly as my customers are used to from me.
