It's snowing like crazy here today. Snow is a rarity here in the Ludwigsburg district.

I just spent 4.5 hours on the highway. We were visiting relatives, and it started snowing on the way back.
A trip that normally takes 2 hours took twice as long.
But the main thing is, we made it home safe and sound. 

We’ve had snowfall for the last two days, but it’s stopped now. At the moment, we’re expecting a foehn storm to move in overnight.

Here (Lower Rhine), it snowed yesterday and today like it hasn’t in years. It keeps freezing and thawing, and now the storm has been raging for an hour (though it’s still not too bad).

Here in Lower Austria, spring is already making an appearance. It was already +6 degrees at 6 a.m. when I got up, and it’s getting warmer and warmer.
We’re really hoping for snow, but if this keeps up, we’ll have another green and warm Christmas. But I’m not giving up hope just yet.
I’ve already scheduled a day of skiing for December 23. Otherwise, we’ll just go hiking......

It snowed here in the Hochtaunus region yesterday, too.

Unfortunately, it ended up turning into rain.
