Grandma's Glasses Holder

My mom will turn 80 in January, and I’m desperately looking for patterns for making a glasses holder. There are some here for men, but not for women—or did I miss something?

I took a look too, but unfortunately didn’t find anything for a “grandma” either. However, you could adapt the glasses holder for grandpa. If you leave out the beard and put the hair in a bun, you’d already have something suitable for a grandma.

The one I have for sale has red hair.

Attached to my “Punker Olaf” glasses holder, I’ve included a picture of a “Grandma with a Bun” glasses holder and a few others. The basic pattern is always the same; only the hair and face are different.
