Can't open patterns anymore

Hi,
for the past few days I've been having a problem where I can download (free) patterns, but I can't open them. I get the message: "Error opening the file."
Could someone please help me?

does the problem happen with every pattern, or is it always only certain patterns?

@Dejm,
could it be that you might be missing a program to unzip the file?
As far as I know, the patterns can only be opened on a PC, not on a smartphone.
I can’t think of another solution right now.

I always use my phone to access the site and haven’t had any problems before. That’s strange.

There’s also the option of searching through the pattern online. Why don’t you give that a try...
