The weekend is almost here :-)

Hi Josefa,

I have exactly 2 hours left until the weekend. Thank goodness.

At lunchtime today, I planned to organize
my closet and, if there’s still time, sort through my yarn.
Tomorrow, I’ll be crocheting, tidying up, and doing laundry.
On Sunday at noon, I’m taking the kids to an indoor play park. I
can crochet there while the little ones let off steam ;-)

My husband and I are going to cook a delicious meal tomorrow evening because it’s our
26th anniversary.

Congratulations. :-) Wow, that’s quite an achievement.
I wish you many more years together.

Since I’m also covering for someone on vacation, I’ll be at work until this evening. Then I’ll pick up my little one from a birthday party, and after that, it’s all about relaxing for the rest of the day.

Tomorrow morning I have an appointment for a test drive. My car didn’t get its inspection sticker this time, but it really served me well for a long time. Now I just need a new car. Another one that looks like a bulky little van on the outside, so I can still fit bikes, groceries, and the kids in the car.

Then we still have to study math and get the garden ready for winter.

Sunday is my favorite day. That’s when we drive to Vienna to visit my friend. Unfortunately, we only see each other 2–3 times a year, but we enjoy it all the more for it.

And of course, every spare minute I can steal in between will be spent crocheting.

The fact that it’s the weekend now makes me sad: my three-week vacation is over :(

Since we’ve just moved into our new house, it wasn’t relaxing, it was stressful. 
And the plans for the weekend: unpacking boxes, getting organized, appointments with tradespeople, assembling things... there’s still sooo much to do! 

But I don’t want to complain! The house is a dream, and I’m just looking forward to the next weekend, which I’ll hopefully be able to enjoy :)

I was actually glad that we finally have the weekend, but now not so much anymore... because I have to collect leaves again so my flowers in the garden don't get ruined :-(
My back is starting to send me the bill!
