Material for 1 potholder:

30 g pink + 30 g denim blue cotton yarn (if heat resistance is desired, use 100% cotton!) with 125 m per 50 g (used here: Pantino cotton blend yarn by Schoeller+Stahl), crochet hook 4.0; measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends.

It is knitted from cotton in an onion pattern, and the pattern is written for both thicker and thinner cotton. The onion pattern is very stretchy, so you can fit a lot into a bag like this.

For this, you’ll need cotton yarn in two different colors, 125 m per 50j, one skein of each, and a 3 mm circular needle. The handles are then crocheted.
