Hi,
I just found out that an error has crept into one of my patterns, which, fortunately, has only sold twice so far. Is there a way to let those two buyers know about this? Best regards, Yvonne

You have the buyers’ names, don’t you? Just send them a message!

In the Account Statement section, you'll see Seller Statement. If you click on it, you'll see who bought your pattern. Click on that name in turn, and you can write them a message.

Best regards
