Promotional Threads: User Info

Dear users,
some users feel that we sometimes have a few too many promotional threads. I’d like to ask for your understanding for several reasons:
1. Many of our designers depend on the money from Crazypatterns, since as homemakers and mothers they are limited in the kinds of work they can take on. Especially our “smaller” designers sometimes can’t afford advertising on their own FB page, for example. That’s why I try to give these designers a helping hand with promotional threads. I hope you understand.
2. If I don’t regularly open promotional threads, then the advertising ends up everywhere. So I “channel” it, so to speak, into the specially marked promotional threads.

I hope that’s okay with you.

If you’d like to suggest topics, whether for promotional threads, chat topics, material topics, technique topics, etc., etc., then let me know here in the thread or by PM.
I’ll then open a corresponding thread if you don’t want to do it yourselves.
