  • For this pattern, you should be familiar with the following stitches and terms: crocheting in rows, chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, working two double crochets together, slip stitches.

This month’s bestseller in my shop:
The pattern for 3 variations of seashells. It’s perfect for summer! If you can’t go to the beach to collect seashells, why not crochet some yourself? It’s really easy. Gather up some leftover yarn, and you’re ready to go! It’ll make a beautiful, nautical decoration!

The absolute bestseller in my shop this June is the clothing set for Ennie Strawberry.

The clothes fit dolls approximately 36 cm tall. The PDF includes the pattern for the dress, shoes, panties, summer hat, and the basket with strawberries.

Suitable for ambitious beginners.

Required skills:
The pattern does not include a beginner’s tutorial. You should already know how to crochet single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, post double crochet, as well as chain and slip stitches.

You’ll also need:
  • Yarn, hook size 3–4, yarn length 133 m/50 g in the colors white, May green, apple green, and red (1 skein each, 50 g),
  • chocolate brown and yellow (a scrap is sufficient).
  • Yarn, 120 m/50 g in brown for the basket (e.g., Linie 165 Sandy by Online)
  • Crochet hooks sizes 2.5 and 3.5
  • Darning needle, stuffing,
  • 1 small children’s button

Mini Unicorn “Fee” Crochet Pattern
Click here to go directly to the crochet pattern

Hello everyone, My name is Fee and I’m a tiny and very rare unicorn girl. I love to cuddle, and I also make an excellent keychain or bag charm. At just 7–8 cm tall, you can take me with you anywhere—I fit in any bag :-) What you’ll need to crochet me:
  • Approx. 10g of yarn in white or cream (I used Schachenmayr Catania Fine, color 1001). Your yarn should definitely be suitable for a 2mm crochet hook
  • Scraps in pink and purple. Both should also be suitable for a 2mm crochet hook
  • 2mm crochet hook
  • stuffing
  • Scissors, darning needle, stitch markers
  • 6mm safety eyes, or alternatively, black thread for embroidering the eyes
  • If you want to use your unicorn as a keychain, you’ll also need a keyring

18-page crochet pattern with plenty of pictures showing everything step by step. I’ll even walk you through sewing the individual pieces together. Difficulty level: Easy, suitable for beginners. You should be familiar with the basic crochet techniques: crocheting in spiral rounds, single crochet, slip stitches, making a magic ring, color changes, increases and decreases, double crochet/half double crochet, as well as sewing the individual pieces together.

Calf Egg Cup Crochet Pattern
Click here to go directly to the crochet pattern

Brighten up your breakfast table with these cute calf egg cups! The little calves are absolute eye-catchers and instantly remind you of a vacation in the mountains. They’ll charm you with their sweet expressions and funny little bells, putting a smile on your face first thing in the morning. They also make great gifts ;-) What you’ll need:
  • Approx. 20g of white yarn, suitable for a 3mm crochet hook. I used 100% cotton, which makes the egg cup nice and sturdy.
  • Scraps of brown yarn (for the spots), also suitable for a 3mm hook
  • Scraps of pink yarn (for the calf’s mouth), also suitable for a 3mm hook
  • Scraps of brown and a color of your choice, suitable for a 2mm hook (for the horns and the collar)
  • 3mm and 2mm crochet hooks
  • A small bell
  • 6mm safety eyes
  • Stuffing
  • Scissors, darning needle, stitch markers
Difficulty: Easy; you should have a basic understanding of crochet (making a magic ring, crocheting single crochet stitches, slip stitches, chain stitches; increasing and decreasing single crochet stitches, etc.). Thanks to the numerous pictures in the crochet pattern, which explain everything step-by-step, even beginners will have no trouble following along.
Length: 18-page crochet pattern with many pictures that explain and demonstrate everything step-by-step

Amrun is the bestseller among knitting patterns in June. It’s a stylish, knitted shawl that pairs perfectly with a casual vacation outfit. Its pattern and color changes add variety and make for an enjoyable knitting experience.

Amrun is started with just a few stitches at the tip and worked upward toward the neck edge.

You can knit this shawl with many different yarns, such as sock yarn, cotton, or other cozy yarns—you’ll always get a great result!

The yarn used should not be thicker than DK (8-ply wool).

Materials needed:
  • Approx. 600 meters of yarn, up to DK weight
  • Circular knitting needle in the appropriate size and length (I recommend a cable system like the one from Knitpro)
  • Stitch markers
  • Sewing needle
Skills required:
  • knit stitches
  • purl stitches
  • Yarn overs
  • Knit stitches together
  • Yarn changes (when working with multiple colors)

The pattern is 9 pages long and includes written instructions as well as detailed, professionally computer-generated knitting charts.

Difficulty level: medium.

Yarn Quantity Conversion Table for Alternative Yarn for Knitting and Crocheting

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

This is an Excel spreadsheet for automatically converting a yarn quantity from the "original yarn" to an
"alternative yarn" of your choice.

Example:
The original yarn specified in your pattern has a
yardage of 85 m per 50 g. According to the instructions there, you need
600 g of this "original yarn" for your size. But you would like to make your item in a
different yarn (= alternative yarn). This yarn that you have chosen has a
yardage of 70 m per 50 g skein. You enter this information
into the Excel spreadsheet and immediately receive the required amount in
skeins and grams for your preferred yarn.

Making a gauge swatch is always advisable. To determine the
stitch count needed for your individual knitting project, the simple version of my
bonus Excel conversion table for your gauge is included.

Technical note:
To open an Excel spreadsheet, a so-called spreadsheet program such as Excel, LibreOffice (available free of charge http://de.libreoffice.org/) or OpenOffice (available free of charge http://www.openoffice.org/de/) must be installed. Open the file with a double-click, and when the message "Protected View" appears, please click "Enable Editing"

Good luck with all your projects

These colorful flowers continue to be very popular. And it’s easy to see why: Their uses are virtually endless—you can use them to decorate gift wrapping, adorn door wreaths, arrange them on a canvas to create a colorful picture… And all you need are lots of colorful cardstock scraps!

With the pattern, you’ll receive template drawings for 3 flower shapes, each in 5 to 7 sizes ranging from about 3 to 7.5 cm, as well as circle templates for the flower centers. The flowers are very easy to make and are ideal for beginners as well as for crafting with children.

This crocheted summer dress—made in cool cotton—is perfect for summer days at the beach, at the pool or simply for a stroll through town to a coffeehouse!

The pattern is simple yet sophisticated—so it’s also absolutely recommended for beginners!

A detailed description guides you through the crochet process.
For clarification, the pattern also includes a crochet chart.

This pattern is designed for sizes S-M and M-L.
However, the included pattern piece and the gauge make it possible to make any size!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

Actually, the rule was originally just one pattern per author.
Since that was overlooked several times, I’ve updated it above.
Now all authors are allowed to post 2–3 patterns here in this thread.

Oops—sorry, Josefa . I just noticed that my post for the Top 5, which had suddenly disappeared from there, has now reappeared here in this thread. My Top 5 are now back where they belong. Please feel free to delete this—thanks.

Since the big Sleepy Dino has had offspring, I’ve been hit by total Sleepy Dino mania :-) That’s why the whole Sleepy Dino family is now available as a 2-in-1 value pack

The value pack includes the crochet patterns for:

* the Sleepy Dino
* the Baby Sleepy Dino

Of course, both patterns are also available individually in meinem Shop.

For both patterns together, you should have solid basic crochet skills, though the large dino is more suitable for beginners than the baby.

By the way, I’ve now heard several times that crocheting them has led to a certain dino addiction—I take no responsibility for that! However, a big extended dino family like this is probably perfect as a vacation-filling major project. :-)

>> Here you can adopt the whole dino gang <<

My June bestseller:

This cute wrap bracelet is crocheted in no time. An eye-catcher on any wrist. Super
comfortable to wear—light and trendy. Also a great gift or little souvenir.

The bracelet is also super cute to wear as an anklet. And if you simply make it longer, it turns into a chic, delicate belt.

The bracelet is crocheted in one piece, so there’s no annoying weaving in of ends (only the beginning and end threads). So grab some yarn and a crochet hook and get started.

Go to the pattern here

Materials: Anchor Aida crochet thread or Woll Butt Diana size 10, 1.5 mm crochet hook, sewing needle

Required prior knowledge: chain stitch, slip stitch, and double crochet

Detailed description as a PDF file with text, photos, and crochet chart.

Noah's Ark Door Wreath
A wonderful gift for anyone who loves animals: the Noah's Ark door wreath! It’s an absolute eye-catcher in the truest sense of the word. Its bright colors draw attention again and again. Your little treasure will keep looking at everything there is to see: lions, giraffes, elephants, monkeys, doves, and fish! Later, you can tell them the story of Noah, whom dear God saved from the Flood.
You can also use the patterns for the animals again to crochet small animal keychains or bag charms. The doves can be used as gift tags for a wedding, and lions and fish can be lucky charms for those born under Leo or Pisces.
A truly versatile pattern! Download it now!

My second bestseller in June is this tea light holder. It makes spending time outdoors in the garden, on the balcony, or on the patio even prettier and cozier.

The holder is made of cardstock and is about 13 cm in diameter. It’s easy to make and is also very suitable for craft beginners and for crafting with children.

They’re a great crochet project because
  • even leftover yarn is enough for crocheting
  • even ambitious beginners can crochet them
  • they make great decorations for your home and garden
  • they glow at night when you add a string of lights
  • they bring a summery vibe into your home
  • they’re quick to crochet
  • they also make a lovely gift idea
