and sewing costumes for children can definitely be a challenge for beginners, so I thought I’d open this additional thread here.

but I wouldn’t be able to manage something like that on my own
though I don’t have any children either
so for me it’s just fun to look at
but out there there are surely lots of children who need a pretty costume, maybe for a kindergarten performance? for Christmas performances you always have to dress up too.
well, anyway. Maybe someone needs something along those lines?
We do have quite a few ladies here who are good and quick with a sewing needle.

Das bietet Ihr hier an, Karnevalskostüme und so?
Wenn ich das vor drei oder vier Jahren gewusst hätte, hätt ich ein Pinguin-Kostüm oder auch zwei für meine beiden Mädels geordert.
So ein richtig niedlich süßes mit Flügeln statt Armen und schicken gelben Schühchen zur schwarzen Strumpfhose.
Meine Mädels würden sich heute nicht mehr dafür hergeben.
Das muss man machen,solange die Kleinen noch nicht bei der Kostümwahl mitreden wollen.

Kostümbeschaffung für Kindergartenfeste oder Aufführungen hab ich immer gehasst.
Ohne Fingerhut nähen führt bei mir mit Sicherheit zu blutigen Fingern. Ich hab eher 10 Daumen als flinke Finger zum Nähen.
Für einen Adventskalender muss es trotzdem reichen.

Ich habe mich seit mindestens 30 Jahren nicht mehr verkleidet.
Das muss auch nicht unbedingt sein. Ich bin auch ohne Verkleidung voll ok.

Ich habe dieses Jahr richtig süße Halloween-Kostüme gesehen. Schade, dass dieses Thema im Forum so gar kein Thema geworden ist.
