Question of the Week: What have you been crafting today? (no advertising)

Dear users, dear authors,
what are you currently working on?

Nothing yet. I went out to eat with friends today, and since the sun is finally shining, we sat out on the patio a little longer. Now I’m feeling a little tipsy :-)

Today was hiking day, 3 wonderful hours along the Rhine,
then of course I had something good to eat and took the bus back
back, but later I’ll get started with knitting, I’m experimenting
at the moment with " a somewhat different loop?" ,
knitting, unraveling, knitting differently, but eventually it’ll work out!

To be honest, I haven’t gotten around to it yet today. But later I’ll crochet a few more rows on my soul warmer, because I had to do some housework first.
The weather was sleet—yuck—and it’s May!

So far, I’ve only opened my little yarn delivery — does that count? :)

Nah, I really haven’t managed anything more than that yet. But later I’ll put the new yarn to use right away :)

Today I finished knitting the first baby bootie of my life, and I’m really proud of myself (well, actually it’s already the second one—the first turned out much too big and had to be frogged (almost finished, too)). Now I just have to show it to my daughter (after all, it’s meant for her baby), and if everything is okay, I get to knit the second one to go with it :-).

Between building furniture, putting things away, and doing laundry, I managed to finish crocheting one sleeve of a baby cardigan... unfortunately, I haven’t had time for more yet...

Today I’m crocheting faster than Birgit can finish writing the pattern for it… I’ll just say this much: it’s going to be a little dress for my niece

@ Nina: the delivery was really small :) 


Unfortunately, I couldn't do any crafting today because we ended up going out on the spur of the moment. 
I'll soon start getting jittery if this keeps up :D 

Tina: Your cat is so cute, the way she’s looking at the yarn.

I was pretty creative today and sewed a farewell gift for one of my coworkers.

A little wacky, but it suits her.

I just finished my Lurchi and now I’m packing my craft supplies for vacation ☺

I’m completely obsessed… I’ve been crocheting almost nonstop since yesterday and have used up nearly 1,200 meters of yarn. It’s going to be the piece for the color event. I spent three days designing and sketching a pattern, and now I won’t rest until it’s finished (still 200 meters to go *sigh*). Then I’ll have it test-crocheted… I’ll be over the moon when it finally starts and the homepage shines in all those colors :-)

Hi there, you busy bees!

During my lunch break today, I continued crocheting a row *lol* on a vest
for myself.

I’m glad when I’m off work (4:30 p.m.) and can finally keep crocheting.
I’ve set myself the goal of finishing one sleeve today.
We’ll see.

I’m currently working on a knitted skirt that can be worn either right side out or inside out.

You busy bees here,

I'm still knitting the first shoulder shawl of my life. It's a real labor of love, but it already looks really good. 

I'm currently designing another crochet project; it has something remotely to do with a bag, a special one ... I'll tell you more when it's finished.

And then I'm crocheting another door guardian right now. This time it won't be an owl ... I'm not quite sure yet what it will turn into, and I'm letting myself be surprised.

For labor-intensive tasks, it's definitely great to have some smaller projects going as well. ;-)
