I need a brilliant idea

Hi everyone,

I have the following problem:

I want to crochet something great as a farewell gift for my
daughter’s caregivers.
But I don’t know what.

I need to crochet five of them by June 28, 2017, and they should
look amazing—so what should I make?

Do you have any ideas and can you help me?

How about a coaster made from CDs with crochet around them?
With thicker yarn, that works up relatively quickly.

That’s a tough one. How about small but cute crossbody bags? I made one for myself just to hold my keys, wallet, and tissues

You could vary the design, and each caregiver would still get the same thing—and it would be doable in time.

how about a nice infinity scarf—you can always use one of those.
I made this one using some colorful gradient yarn (leftovers). It was quick to make and looks great.

It’s always a nice idea to make a farewell gift, and in your case, it should have something to do with your daughter. How about a crocheted picture frame?

You can tailor it to the caregivers’ tastes—and as a keepsake, you could put a photo of your daughter inside or a picture she drew herself.

A few years ago, I made a pillowcase for a colleague who was retiring. Mine was knitted, but crocheting is much faster. It was very well received!

You could also crochet keychains. There are plenty of them at crazypatterns. I’ve already seen lots of cute ones there.

How about the Jordis wrist warmers? They’re quick and easy to crochet, and you could crochet each pair in a different color! The gradient yarn used, "Mille Colori Baby" by Lang Yarns, comes in lots of great colorways!

The flower children are a pretty decoration. You could crochet 5 different ones and give them together with a few real little flowers.
