Dear users, dear authors,
how about a new round of the story game?
Everyone writes a sentence that fits with the previous one, and hopefully a good story will emerge.
Sentence 1
Mild summer nights would be perfect for crafting, if only that night bird weren’t always outside the window.
The cat lies down on the sofa to sleep again; outside, the night bird continues singing its sweet
melody as I see a man in the meadow behind the house....
While he was slumped in his chair in a drunken stupor, I had plenty of time to take a closer look at the cabin. That’s when I noticed a trapdoor on the floor.
I took the flashlight off the shelf so I could take a closer look. I turned it on, but darn it, the batteries were dead. Feeling helpless, I looked around the room.
