Thank you so much, you sweet crochet friends.

I had a cozy day yesterday—enjoyed a delicious meal and was a little tipsy from two glasses of wine. Since I was, once again, perfectly happy and hadn’t asked for anything, I got a new iron and a new vacuum cleaner. My husband said that maybe I’d enjoy ironing more then :-(( Unfortunately, he didn’t really like my idea of teaching him how to use the new iron. But I could imagine him having a blast—men do love gadgets, after all, hehe.

I just got home from work; my husband is working from home today. I saw the empty box for my new vacuum cleaner right by the front door and thought, “Yay, the floors are already vacuumed!” Well, he just wanted to check out the technology—he left the vacuuming to me. He figured I should experience the “sense of accomplishment” myself by vacuuming up the hair from our three long-haired cats. I think that’s very considerate of him ;-((
