Left-Handed Knitting

I just did some Google research
for the thread on casting on and found this too

Among other things, there’s a pattern for left-handers—that is, a pattern on how left-handers can knit without having to switch to right-handed knitting. (Scroll down a bit.)
There’s also a video to make it clearer.

I’m not left-handed, so I can’t really speak to it.
Do we have any left-handed knitters here?
How does it work for you guys? Would anyone like to share their experience?

I’m not left-handed; I took a quick peek at the video, but watching it just makes my brain go haywire.
Because the whole thing is mirror-reversed for me, so to speak. And then I get totally confused.

Yeah, exactly—I get totally confused by it too,
but knitting isn’t really my thing anyway, and with the left hand it’s even worse
. But somehow there don’t seem to be any left-handers here on the forum.
Or maybe the left-handers reading along here are already really good at knitting.
