Hi, I paid for a download about 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve already contacted support, but it takes them a very long time to get back to me. Can any of you help me out? Best regards, Häkeltante

I'm sorry to hear that the download hasn't worked properly so far.

If you want to view all the patterns you've already purchased, you can click Account > Downloads in the upper right - all of them will be shown there, and you can also download the respective files again.



If your pattern isn't listed there, the purchase probably hasn't been completed yet; instead, only the money has been deposited into your user account here so far. In this case, you would need to go directly to the pattern again and click "buy" - after that, the download should be available as well.

If that doesn't work and you're still having difficulties, just post here again.

Did you include your username with the bank transfer? The transfer can only be matched if you include your username.

Thanks for the info in the private message. I’ve forwarded it to support. As soon as your payment has been processed, you’ll be able to see your store credit in the top right corner under “Account Balance” and then finally make your purchase.
