This airy
summer top with the unusual collar is quick to knit.
The
download also includes an

PDF pattern is illustrated, but it is not a basic knitting course (a link for basic knitting techniques is included).
These
knitting skills are required:
Casting on stitches, purl and knit stitches, yarn over, knitting stitches
together, slip-slip-knit decrease (is explained), increase from the strand between stitches, bind off stitches.
We need for sizes S/M/L: 300 g cotton (blend) tape yarn, Keiki by Austermann used here, 63% cotton, 37 % polyamide, for needle size 5–6, gauge according to ball band 16 stitches x 23 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm, 50 g–90 m. Pins for blocking, measuring tape, yarn needle for weaving in ends, scissors, row counter is helpful. Used here: knitting needle size 5.0.

This
easy-to-knit summer design, size 38/40 is made from 250 g cotton blend yarn for needle size 3.5 - 4.0, 50 g - 125 m. The
PDF pattern is illustrated.
The finished shirt has a stretchy back width of approx. 44 cm and is approx. 65 cm long, but also looks pretty when shorter. Thanks to the
simple pattern (made of yarn overs, knit and purl stitches) and shape, this piece can
easily be adapted to any size.
What else you
need:
Measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends, stitch holder, possibly a set of double-pointed needles size 3.5 - 4.0, row counter and stitch markers are helpful but not absolutely necessary.

With a top underneath this comfortable-to-wear
cotton short-sleeved jacket, you’ll be wonderfully dressed both at work and in your free time. And if it gets a bit cooler, you can also wear a thin turtleneck underneath.

These
knitting skills are needed:
Casting on stitches, knit and purl stitches, knitting stitches together, yarn over, emphasized decreases and increases from the strand between stitches (explained with pictures).
Difficulty level: medium
We need a total of approx. 450 g Catania (Schachenmayr) or Limone (Schoeller+Stahl) for
sizes S to L, 100 % mercerized cotton, ball band information: 50 g–125 m yardage, needle size 2.5–3.5, 26 sts x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm with the following color distribution:
- Blue 100 g
- White 100 g
- Dark green 150 g
- Light green 100 g
Depending on the size, more or less leftover yarn will remain from each ball.
Used here: knitting needle size 3.5, 3 stitch holders and 1 cable to hold stitches, stitch markers and row counter (not absolutely necessary), pins for blocking, measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends.
