Crochet Pattern: Table Runner with a Heart

This table runner makes a wonderful gift for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, a birthday, or just because—for someone who holds a special place in your heart! It measures 90 cm long and 42 cm wide. The 32-page pattern includes detailed, illustrated instructions—including guidance on color changes—making it suitable even for beginners! I used Schachenmayr Catania yarn with a size 3.5 crochet hook. So new that it's practically still warm—the crochet pattern for the beautiful Fuego scarf!

Fuego is Spanish and means fire. A wonderfully fitting name for the stitch pattern, which is reminiscent of little flames licking upward.

The shawl is crocheted from top to bottom. Since the pattern consists only of single crochet, chain stitches, and double crochet, it is very well suited for beginners.

Materials needed:

  • approx. 200 grams or approx. 750–800 meters of yarn (e.g. lace yarn, sock yarn, or a “Bobbel” made of plied yarn)
  • crochet hook size 3–3.5
  • scissors
  • sewing needle
Finished measurements of the shawl: approx. 180 x 80 cm.

The pattern is 10 pages long and includes written instructions as well as charts and a schematic drawing. Difficulty level: easy.

And the best part: Right now you can save up to 25% on the pattern price!

Click here and get this great crochet pattern right away!

The Scoodie is absolutely beginner-friendly and quick to knit. It can be worn either as a hood or as a cowl.
There are 2 patterns:
No. 1 is made with cashmere from Pascuali (gray)—cashmere is a dream to knit with. It’s super cozy.
I used 2 x 50 g, 224 m each.
Dyed by Buttjebeyy.
No. 2 is knitted with Brando by Lanartus. Great colorways are also available from Buttjebeyy or
Color Loves Wool:
You can also get combination packs from Kerstin.
You’ll need 2 x 100 g, 250 m each.
Brando is a little thicker and super warm! I’m wearing it all the time at the moment.
All you need to know are knit and purl stitches.
And best of all: starting today, there’s a Valentine’s Day discount of 20% until February 15, 2017!!

Mine are (almost) all easy :-) But if it does start to get warmer soon, how about an airy scarf?
