I woke up at four to celebrate the occasion because the cat was trampling all over me instead of sleeping, as she should be at four in the morning.
Then she went to sleep, but I couldn’t get back to sleep. At seven I went back to bed and slept until noon, which I never normally do, and now I’m a bit out of it.

Your cat is really mean :)) On a holiday, you want to sleep in and not be woken up at 4 a.m. :))
