Dear users, dear authors,
even this winter will eventually be over, and then it will be time again for lighter clothing that doesn’t make you look like the Michelin Man. The authors have lovely items on this topic in the shop and will present them here. Download now and work your anticipation of spring into the pieces. It’s going to be great.

@Authors
please present thematically appropriate patterns here. Don’t forget the link, image, and text with information about the difficulty level, material, technique, and what makes the pattern special. Good luck.

No patterns for clothes you can wear to celebrate spring? I don't think so—I’ve seen such beautiful patterns for that in the shop.

Yes, they really do exist! One example is the knitted Ponchola "Fanyamar".
What is a Ponchola? Very simple—a Ponchola is a stole that can be easily turned into a wonderful spring poncho with one little trick.

Fanyamar was designed for lace yarns, because that is the best way to show off its delicate and airy character. Nevertheless, the stole also looks absolutely beautiful in thicker yarns, such as sock yarn.

Materials needed:

  • approx. 150 grams of wool (approx. 750 meters) lace yarn (e.g. Lace Seta / Lace Seta degradé by Lana Grossa, Laceball by Schoppel)
  • size 4 circular knitting needle; I recommend an interchangeable needle tip cable system
  • kitchen scale
  • stitch markers if needed
  • sewing needle for weaving in the ends
  • scissors
  • if needed, a crochet hook and beads for the cord, or a piece of thin satin ribbon so the stole can be worn as a poncho
The stole is started at one corner. It gets its shape through regular increases and decreases. The pattern includes stitch counts for 2 different sizes.

The pattern is 12 pages long and includes a written-out version as well as charts and a schematic drawing. Difficulty level: intermediate to advanced.

Cardigan AMELIE brings spring into your wardrobe! It’s lightweight, cuddly soft, and still keeps you wonderfully warm on cool spring days! And as a featherweight at 100–125 g, this little cardigan is also ideal in your suitcase for flying off to warmer weather with you! The cardigan shown here is knitted in the new trend color "Greenery", but the mohair-silk yarn is available from various yarn suppliers in sooo many colors, so everyone is sure to find their favorite color! For the leaf pattern, it’s helpful if you already have a bit of knitting practice—but even beginners need a new challenge at some point!

Knit yourselves that spring feeling! Here is the pattern for sizes 36–44:

Have fun knitting, wishes you

This stylish sweater with a mesh pattern is perfect for the warmer days ahead.
It is knitted from cotton using size 3.5 knitting needles.
the pattern is written in 3 sizes, is easy to follow, and has already been knitted several times, so
it’s tried and tested! The sleeves are set in straight, so there are no problems with sleeve caps, etc.
It really looks great in any color—you simply have to have it!
