Dear users, dear authors,
will you be enjoying good food and good company over the holidays, or will there also be time for crafts?

There’s always time for crafts—otherwise I get withdrawal symptoms :-)

Oh yes, definitely! Since we’re “skipping” Christmas this year, I have plenty of time for knitting and/or crocheting. :-)

Definitely.
Probably not directly on December 24th itself, because with children you're too busy with other things. But once the holidays and the school break come around, there's always time for it.

And I'm already really looking forward to it! To everything. To Christmas, to the family celebrations, to the time with the children, especially the time with my husband, and to being at home for a whole week and having some time for myself there too.

MUST... ;-)

It’s supposed to be a time for reflection. And that’s only possible if Mom is relaxed, too ;-)

As the saying goes...
You don’t have time, you make time :)

I’ll definitely treat myself to an hour or two :)

Of course, these days are just like any other.

I’m sure I’ll have time, but I’ve decided to edit my photos and simply spruce up my shop. Besides that, I’ll start a project or two for later. I’m just cutting back a bit. After all, you shouldn’t be swamped with work between the holidays.

Best regards

Jana

There won’t be much time left. On Christmas Eve, my parents and in-laws are coming over, and on the 1st, we’ll be at my in-laws’ (thankfully) but only for lunch and coffee. Maybe there’ll be time to crochet in the evening. And on the 2nd, I have a 10-hour shift waiting for me, so I’ll be crocheting starting at 9:30 p.m. to unwind! !!

Exactly—you have to make time for your hobby, even if it’s limited. It’s a way to “unwind” and “relax” at the same time. Otherwise, something’s missing.

My mother-in-law is coming on Christmas Eve and staying until Christmas Day—it’s her birthday. With the kids and all the preparations that come with it, things will probably get a bit hectic. I’m really looking forward to it, but I don’t think there’ll be much time left for needlework. Maybe starting on the 26th.... That’s why I’m trying to finish my crocheted jacket before Christmas....
