Unfortunately, we’re tied up today with our daughter’s gymnastics club. Well, that’ll be nice too, but unfortunately not very Christmassy.

We’re heading to the Christmas market at Autostadt later. It’s always so lovely there. Last year, everything was themed around Olaf the snowman.
I’m curious to see what they’ve set up there this year.

Happy Advent to all of you :-)

The Second Sunday of Advent has been very sad for me for the past three years now. I lost my “little” brother on the Second Sunday of Advent. BUT things are getting better, and it doesn’t hurt quite as much anymore… My brother loved the Advent season, and today I have many of his decorations here with me… That helps…
I wish everyone a wonderful Advent season—enjoy this time and don’t take everything so seriously. There are worse things, believe me.
