Hello knitters
I need your help; I can hardly open any patterns anymore
despite all my attempts. Does anyone else have this problem?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards, Annita

Hello Annita
You need to unzip the patterns before you can open them.
Right-click the file; maybe you already have a program installed for that?
otherwise, please download this
www.7-zip.de
You also need a program for reading PDF files
e.g. this one
https://get.adobe.com/de/reader/
Do you always have this problem, or only right now?
