To open the files from the CP shop, you need two programs:
- a program to unzip the files, since they are all zipped, e.g. www.7-zip.de.
Just right-click on the file and see whether there is an option to unzip it. If so, you already have an unzip program installed; if not, please install 7-Zip. You only need to do this once, and then you will be able to open all files on the platform. The program is free.
- You need a program that can open PDF files, such as Acrobat Reader. That is also available as a free download. You only need to install it once, and then you can open all PDF files with it. https://get.adobe.com/de/reader/

If you are using the internet on your phone, I would recommend opening the files on a PC.
